We meet via phone or in person to discuss the brand or website concept. From there we discuss the best options to deliver your project on time and within budget. For custom sites this requires wireframing and building visual concepts to apply to the live design. For theme based design, we send over a list of approximately 10 of the best matches we feel provide the greatest user experience and code quality. From that visual, we can deliver a unique design based off the approved theme.
What happens after my 24-Month Commitment?
After the 24-month commitment is fulfilled, your level and rate continues and your plan can be cancelled at any time.
What if I need to cancel before my 24-month contract?
There is no penalty for canceling early as long as the 24-month contract is paid in full.
Can I have multiple users access the CMS to make changes?
Yes, you can have multiple admin users with different permissions. An example would be editor access for a employee to only make blog postings or gallery uploads.
I have a high traffic site. Can I upgrade hosting options?
Yes, we have hosting options available to handle high volume traffic. We will be in close discussion during the production process to find the most optimal hosting fit.
Can I download my website?
Yes, after the 24-month contract or your account is paid in full, the site and design is your property. We can package up files and databases at your request.
